Learning proper posing for NPC figure contests is one of the most critical aspects of figure competition.

In every NPC figure contest, athletes are required to learn mandatory poses, quarter turns and should know about relaxed poses as well.  All figure athletes should also be prepared to know how to pose their bodies in their own individual presentation prepared for their individual introduction. Over the years, I we have collected 100’s of diet recipes that we have used in figure contest diets, bodybuilding diets, general fat loss diets and healthy choice meal substitutions. We have selected over 40 delicious recipes that are great for almost any fat loss diet. Most of these diet recipes are great for figure contest preparation, bodybuilding contest preparation, and general fat loss. Included within our cookbook are chicken, turkey, fish and red meat meals. We have also included low-to-no carb sauces that are great to have handy to spice up any meat dish without all the fat and sugars.

All of our recipes have the complete macro nutrient breakdown and total calories listed. Each recipe has a step-by-step cooking approach so even the novice chef can make a delicious and healthy dish that will be great for almost any fat loss diet.
