Bodybuilding Posing Class

This is a 2-2.5 hour class that goes over all mandatory posing and quarter turn posing that all NPC bodybuilders are expected to master for NPC bodybuilding competition. This class is held in Temecula, CA and is intended to be a small class setting so that each individual gets hands on instruction from Tad. Before the event each registrant will get directions to the event and instructions on what to bring and be prepared for.

In this class, you will also learn what to expect from judging standards and what kind of condition you will need to bring your body into for your competition. There will additionally be a question and answer period at the end of the class where Tad the Diet Coach will answer all your questions regarding competition, posing, diet, and contest preparation.

Each participant will also receive a tank top and a Diet Recipe Cookbook at the end of the class.
